1. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
